Technician: I'll be honest, the only reason I came to leave a review was due to the beyond EXCELLENT service that my technician, Trevor, gave. He started off the process with a call first thing in the morning and his cheerfulness and friendly tone started everything off great. He let me know when he was expecting to be there and was very punctual with his time. When he arrived he created a quick and friendly rapport with me and made me feel completely at ease. He was done within twenty minutes and gave me a call to let me know he was done so he wouldn't disturb my dogs in the house by coming to the door. (He's a dog lover too, bonus points!)
